Here’s a view from my balcony. I have been fascinated by the cold fronts which move in after a day of sticky heat.
A high wind, thunder and lightning with torrential rain followed.

My love of knitting comes from my Mom but it is my granny who had the style in this family.  Mom is the girl 2nd from the right and Granny is the stylish woman left of her. Look at those shoes.

This little bag within a bag was made for my niece, Gaia.  She lives in India and sadly did not receive the package since it was lost in the mail.
These photos are all we have left.  It was fun thinking about her as I made it.  It’s all about the process.
